Terms & Conditions
1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions govern all hairdressing services provided by ZenitudeAix — Raphael Heiries, operating under the trade name Raphaël ("the Provider"), to clients ("the Client") through the website https://raphaelmonaco.fr or by direct contact. By booking an appointment, the Client accepts these terms without reservation.
2. Services
Raphaël provides mobile hairdressing services at the Client's location (private residence, hotel suite, yacht, or any other agreed-upon location) in Monaco and the surrounding French Riviera area. Services include dry cut, brushing, and signature styling. The exact nature and pricing of services are communicated before booking confirmation.
3. Booking & Confirmation
Appointments are booked through the online booking system on the website or via WhatsApp. A booking is considered confirmed once the Client receives a confirmation notification. The Provider reserves the right to refuse or cancel a booking if the requested time slot is unavailable or in case of force majeure.
4. Pricing & Payment
Prices vary depending on the service, location, and time slot selected. All prices are displayed in euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is due at the time of service or via the online payment system (Revolut Pay) at the time of booking, depending on the service type. The Provider reserves the right to update pricing at any time; the applicable price is the one displayed at the time of booking.
5. Cancellation & Rescheduling
The Client may cancel or reschedule an appointment free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may result in a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service price. No-shows without prior notice will be charged the full service price. The Provider may cancel an appointment in case of force majeure and will offer an alternative time slot.
6. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period with the Client's prior express agreement. By confirming a booking, the Client acknowledges that the service will be performed at the agreed date and time and expressly waives the right of withdrawal once the service has begun.
7. Liability
Raphaël commits to providing services with professional care and diligence. However, the Provider shall not be held liable for results that do not meet the Client's subjective expectations if the service was performed according to professional standards. The Provider's liability is limited to the price of the service provided. The Provider is not liable for any damage to the Client's property unless caused by proven negligence.
8. Personal Data
Personal data collected during booking (name, phone number, email, address) is processed solely for the purpose of service delivery and client relationship management. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy available at https://raphaelmonaco.fr/en/confidentialite.
9. Complaints
Any complaint regarding a service must be communicated within 48 hours of the service by email to contact@raphaelmonaco.fr or by phone at +33745504378. The Provider commits to responding within 5 business days. In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved amicably, the Client may refer the matter to a consumer mediator in accordance with Articles L611-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code.
10. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. Any dispute arising from the interpretation or execution of these terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Aix-en-Provence, France.
