How does coordination with the concierge work?

Simple protocol: arrival, discreet setup, service, tidy-up. Send your instructions (room, floor, timing, preferences) — we agree the arrangements before confirmation.

Discretion and confidentiality: how does it work?

Your identity remains private. No photos or videos are published without your permission. A confidentiality agreement can be arranged on request.

Do you work in hotels and on board (yacht at the dock)?

Yes — in hotel suites, in residence and on board at the dock (Monaco, Port Hercule, French Riviera). Please provide access details, the yacht's name and the desired time.

How do you handle partner billing?

The invoice can be addressed to the guest or the establishment. Payment is due at the end of each service. Any alternative arrangement must be agreed personally with Raphaël before the appointment is confirmed.
