At La Réserve, the evening is a ritual: the aperitif facing the sea, then the gastronomic table. The pre-dinner styling in suite fits naturally — a blow dry or event styling timed an hour before, and you come down ready. Raphaël works until 2am; dinners that stretch on are never a problem.
Beaulieu’s marina is literally next door — and Raphaël serves both sides of the quay: the suite at La Réserve and the deck of the yachts berthed a few metres away, at the same public rates. Beaulieu-sur-Mer is part of his regular area: same terms as Monaco, no travel supplement.
